Our Process

How does the Program Work?

1.      To start, we will need to see you for an initial in-office consultation. We will discuss your goals and see if you are a candidate for any of the medical weight loss methods we offer. We will obtain detailed health and family history along with your height, weight and vitals.
2.      Labs are required in order to provide the appropriate level of care and reduce potential risks. We accept outside labs that have been performed within the last 3 months. Lab orders are available to purchase  in-office for an additional fee.
3.      A 1-3 month supply of medication will be provided based on your treatment plan. We will collect payment at that visit and if applicable, set-your membership plan.

Want to get started?

A Consultation with our Nurse Practitioner is required prior to prescription to assess suitability.

Maintenance:

Depending on your maintenance dose, the vial could last anywhere from 6 weeks up to 12 weeks or more. A quick follow up questionnaire by phone at the time of ordering will be done to ensure everything is going well. We will also collect payment at the time of ordering.

Unfortunately, we are unable to give any refund after you make your payment and we order your medication. It is non-refundable and non-returnable
